I recently stayed at a hotel in Brunei and had a great experience. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was only a short 10-minute journey to and from the airport. The hotel was also situated in the Kiulap area, which meant that there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and a shopping mall within a 3-5 minute walk. This made it easy to explore the surrounding area and find everything I needed.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and I couldn't fault it.

The hotel is fairly near the airport, which was very convenient for us as we had an early morning flight. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The rooms were adequately furnished, with only lamps providing light for the main bedroom and the washroom. The complimentary breakfast at Palm Cafe was a nice touch, and we appreciated the availability of twin beds in our room.
No aspects of this hotel could be improved, all was ok.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and loved the gym and pool access that came with the package. The healthy and tasty food at the restaurant next door was a definite plus. , the free shuttle service to nearby tourist spots was helpful.
The hotel was quite isolated, located away from the major commercial areas. the room cleaning was not done daily and we needed to request it separately.

This hotel was a great find for our stay in Brunei. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the inclusive breakfast at Palm Cafe. We had a comfortable room with a king-sized bed, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location in the Kiulap area was convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The only downside we encountered was the inconsistent WiFi, but overall, our stay was fantastic.

the location was perfect, with an array of delicious restaurants next door, and close to tourist spots, but away from the hustle and bustle of shopping areas. the staff provided excellent service, even sending my postcards free of charge. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the gym next door was a great addition. the breakfast was full of energy, and there was an adjoining restaurant that served tasty meals.
It was a shame that housekeeping did not clean my room daily.

The hotel's location in this city is quite convenient, with plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. I also appreciated the free airport pickup and drop-off and the complimentary shuttle service that takes you to the city centre or night market. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a modern and spacious gym at the adjacent health club. Cleanliness was maintained impeccably, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Lastly, the delicious restaurant next door introduced me to a new love of 'sos chili,' which I highly recommend trying.
Cannot find any fault.

The hotel had a nice swimming pool and offered free shuttle service to the airport. It was also located close to some restaurants, which was convenient. the staff was polite and helpful.
The room was not properly cleaned, and there were hairs all over the bathroom and bed sheets. the air conditioning was not working properly, and it was very humid and uncomfortable in the room.
